1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of PropertyEquityLoan.com (“PEL” or “we/“us”), owned and operated by Skystone Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (“Skystone”). By accessing or using PEL, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must cease using the site immediately.

2. Access and Use

Use of our website is at your own risk. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with our network and systems.

3. CMS Licenced Activities

PEL is operated under Skystone’s Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence granted by MAS under the Securities & Futures Act (SFA). We offer venture debt, project financing, and convertible structures towards corporations and projects.

4. User Eligibility

By registering or applying for a financing offer: You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and use our services in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Loan Applications and Agreements

Submission of loan applications constitutes an invitation to negotiate, not a binding offer.

Loans are governed by separate Loan Agreements specifying:

  • Principal, interest rates (fixed or variable),
  • Fees, charges, repayment schedule,
  • Prepayment or balloon options,
  • Security or collateral, if applicable.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion.

6. Borrower Obligations

As set out in the Disclaimer:

  • You are solely responsible for timely repayment of loans.
  • Failure to repay may incur late fees, legal action, and credit reporting.
  • Loans do not constitute investment vehicles, and no financial outcome is guaranteed.
  • You must fully assess the financial and credit risks before borrowing.

7. Fees and Disbursement

  • All fees—application, management, legal, or due diligence—will be disclosed in your Loan Agreement.
  • Disbursements are made via approved channels post-signing and fulfillment of conditions precedent.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on PEL—including text, graphics, and logos—is owned or licensed by Skystone.
  • You may not reproduce any part of this site without written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PEL/Skystone and its officers harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from:

These Terms and your use of PEL are governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
